Emran was a friend that reached out if anyone was looking for a house. At the time my parents were curious at what their house was worth because they wanted something bigger. Within 2 days we had met and got everything ready to go and put my parents house on the market. He priced the house at a competitive rate but also what we wanted to sell the house at. Within a couple of days we received a few offers, Emran made sure we went with the best offer we could get and made sure it was a safe offer. In that time there were not a lot of houses my parents were interested but Emran made sure he found the perfect house for us. The whole process seemed to be against us because sometime always went wrong st the last moment. Emran made sure that every bump in the road he would take care of it and get it done for us.
